A simply stunning little dish, inspired by images of pond weed, moving in the water, releasing little bubbles of air that had been trapped. The green lines within the piece appear to have trapped the bubbles inside them, creating individual cells where the bubbles are trapped for eternity. Though a square piece its edges have a soft curve that is reflected in the gentle fall of the sides to a slightly rounded base. All in all a very special little piece of functional decorative glass.
